Purchasing & Logistic Area South East Europe - Metal & Glass Team-Lead the Supplier Development for quality and manufacturing with responsibility to identify and implement actions and execution of SDP projects-Responsible for Quality Assurance including to secure process control for key processes in the production-Lead product deviation process with sense of urgency towards the causing part and capture learning from previous product deviations. Secure root-cause analysis, stock correction and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for received Quality Alarms and claims -Lead and involve the right resources in Purchasing to secure the product development (NEWS and MOVES) projects of medium or high complexity are delivered on time and with quality-Actively identify put forward and execute Product Improvements with priority to satisfy customers, as well to utilize material and energy in an efficient way -Together with supplier organize and secure product is started according to working methods in purchasing manual

-Responsible from the functioning of Paintshop manufacturing feasibility studies to contribute product development activities during the design of body and the vehicle.-Design and implementation of the necessary Paintshop processes to ensure body cosntruction-Design and preparation of process pages, positioning pictures, measurement point pictures and control plans for Paintshop Processes.-Design and implementation of Paintshop production lines’ layouts especially sealer line.-Ensuring the design of production lines, machine and equipments, preparing the contracts, planning and attending the company meetings, ensuring technical reviews, implementations and setups, trial production and other steps of the project.-Leading the painting, sealing, dimensional accuracy and surface quality activities before starting the project.-Managing the target oriented engineering activities in order to ensure that manufacturing engineering unit meets safety, quality, delivery, cost, mental and environmental targets on the scorecards.-Leading to design studies of necessary equipments and materials for Paintshop Sealer Line (i.e.nozzles, tapes, patch, etc) in order to achieve quality targets like air leakage, water leakage.-Project and production follow-up and reporting.-Working with local and global suppliers-Following up the technology, literature, fairs and red activities about vehicle production and production techniques or the competitors and applying the developments on the production line.
