Çağdaş Yıldız was born in Istanbul in 1986. He completed his bachelor's degree in Advertising and his master's degree in Marketing Communications (Brand School) at Istanbul Bilgi University.During his master's studies, he is focussed on political communication and conducted a project on Brexit—the process of the United Kingdom's withdrawal process from the European Union. He served as a coordinator role at Bahçeşehir University’s Corporate Communications Directorate and later managed communication and coordination processes with institutions and organisations at Istanbul Bilgi University’s Board of Trustees Office. During this period, he participated in numerous national and international training programmes. In 2012 and 2013, he oversaw coordination processes for conflict resolution projects involving public and government institutions.Since 2016, he is specialised in crisis management, political communication, corporate relations, and business development. He has held the position of Corporate Communication Manager for national and international companies and served as the Business Development and Communications Director at London Speaker Bureau Turkey Office, one of the world's largest speaker agencies and lobbying organizations based in the UK. After the 2019 local elections, he worked as the Corporate Relations and Communication Director in local governments, managing communication campaigns that received several awards, including the MIXX Awards, Social Media Awards, Felis Awards, Kristal Elma Awards and Polaris Awards. In 2020, he was a PR jury member at the Felis Awards, and in 2024, he served as a jury member in the field of public campaigns at the Polaris Awards - London UK, often considered the Oscars of the political communication world.Most recently, he has been working as a Senior Consultant at Machina, a creative thinking office and new-generation political communication agency.In 2024, he is founded “ PAC “ (Public Affairs Consultancy), the first of its kind in Turkey.He is also a member of the European Association of Political Consultants (EAPC).
