I started Collab.ink to help small businesses with their digital marketing so they can grow their companies, reach more communities, and increase innovation. I provide consulting to small businesses in the Reno area and am starting to provide workshops for small businesses to help more businesses within their budgets.

The role of Digital Solutions Coordinator was a combination of product manager and project manager. I help drive projects that impact our member experiences with digital products and services. I work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support GNCU digital offerings. I also collaborate with these teams to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to upper management. I work with upper management analyzing trends in the digital offerings to track and forecast our growth. In addition, I work closely with upper management and external consultants to create and implement a digital strategy for GNCU products and services. I provide internal communications to promote awareness around the digital offerings and facilitate understanding for better member engagement.

I worked with a team to manage the marketing for Blank Shirts, Inc. and the seven divisions it encompasses. I defined a one-year marketing plan and helped implement the beginning staged, and started a business partnership with an embroidery brand. My day to day tasks consisted of social media marketing, website content development, and blog content. The website and blog content was SEO optimized based on keyword research I had done. Additionally, I did market research, marketing analysis, graphic design, and PR all based on the marketing strategy created and defined with the CEO and Marketing Manager.

I worked with a team of analysts to create new reports that evaluated and ranked top software solutions based on usability and affordability. We created a process and report models and then published a total of 32 new reports in a year. My primary role in the process creation included developing a spreadsheet model for data collection and analysis. This included researching and implementing methods for testing the usability of software solutions and finding a concise way to evaluate and compare the value of systems. Once the process was defined, I worked with the team to test software solutions for usability and create content for the blog.

In the role of software advisor, my primary responsibilities were reaching out to software buyers who had requested assistance and matching them with software vendors to best fit their software needs. Additionally, I assisted with software research, website enhancement, and data entry.

During my time at S2, my primary work was assisting customers over the phone and through email, supporting the sales team with any tasks they needed, as well as assisting the executives with administrative tasks. Additionally, I was able to aid other departments when they had extra work to send my way. My daily tasks included assisted with sales quote creation, marketing content creation, event planning, contract management/editing, and recruiting. I would also assist customers signing up for training, helping customers with technical difficulty on the website, do data entry, and filing.

During my time as intern I assisted with the management of content on WBMason.com and back office in Microsoft Dynamics AX. I also aided with product merchandising and pricing, brainstorming for online promotions, and helped manage social media content.

I participated in the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP Implementation, assisted with the ADP / HRIS implementation and aided with the definition of a company-wide Cell Phone conversion / plan upgrade.
