Reseacher and scientific popularizer, graduating in Biotechnology at Federal University from Bahia, developing research in cosmetology, innovation and R&D in new cosmetics by bioactive compounds. Trying to use my scientific knowledges in cosmetics area to make the non-scientific society understand cosmetology and bioactive compounds. Experience in media contents, foccused on project marketing to guarantee more social reach about the themes, working on management social medias and producing logos. Working on social entrepreneurship, always trying to foccus on solving problems and, mainly, on adaptability, one of my biggest weapons to reach my profissional and personal goals. I'm always seen as someone creative e solver, beyong being hardworker to achieve thing that makes my eyes shinning. Nowadays, I'm a person who always try to adapt my way to make my own and the projects that I helped to create flourish. I'm always searching for making my workspace the safe and crative as possible, because my team can work engaged, and this way, they can idealize some alternatives ways to optimize processes that've been worked during the job and achieve the final goal for that project. My specific interests are foccused on R&D, innovation, cosmetology, project management and scientific research.
