• Managing recruitment processes, working as leader of the Talent Acquisition subsystem, choosing specific strategies to attract talents and using recruitment tools such as Gupy (Recruitment Software) and Linkedin.• Administration of the talent pool and generation of KPIs for the HR department to show to managers.• Conducting organizational climate surveys to identify employee satisfaction and proposing an action plan to get improvements.• Responsible for the development and revision of procedures related to recruitment and selection processes, training, and development. Also, handling Non-Conformities by proposing corrective actions for process improvements.• Supporting in internal and external audits, providing objective evidence as requested during the process to demonstrate departmental practices in compliance with the management system.• Conducting the training assessment programs in partnership with leadership.• Development and support in creating Training and Development materials.
