• Managing recruitment processes, working as leader of the Talent Acquisition subsystem, choosing specific strategies to attract talents and using recruitment tools such as Gupy (Recruitment Software) and Linkedin.
• Administration of the talent pool and generation of KPIs for the HR department to show to managers.
