Responsible for the contract administration of a contract for the commercial exploitation of street furniture in Rio de Janeiro, comprising the contractual management with the granting authority, Procurement, Supply Chain, SG&A, Logistics, O&M and Costs Management.O&M of more than 500 street furniture units in the Porto Maravilha region, for attendance of contractual KPIs and SLAs, including IOT projects.Viabilization, with the granting authority, of alternatives to originally contracted CAPEX, generating a 59% CAPEX savings, as well as an expressive reduction in maintenance costs.Negotiation and adjustment of previous existing SG&A contracts, leading to a saving of 19% when compared to the accomplished OPEX.Project management and product development of two awarded projects in the 2018 Brazil Design Award.Negotiation for the purchasing of LED panels, estimated value of R$ 1,75 MM, considering an exclusive commercial condition which lead to a NPV saving of 18% when compared to budget.

Responsible for the project’s procurement and contract management programs, operating throughout the whole contractual cycle, managing R$ 5MM of monthly payments.Procurement and contractual management of all contracts from the ABC analysis, totalizing more than R$ 90 MM in value.Negotiation and purchasing to a hotel chain project, value of R$ 1,2 MM, which produced R$ 400M of cash flow exposure savings.Negotiation of a proposed contract amendment (R$ 750 M), obtaining 94% saving compared to the original claim. As a result, the over cost was as little as R$ 45 M (0,5% of the contract value).
