In my previous role, I held the responsibility of implementing or rectifying functionalities within the company’s ERP software. I typically worked with Progress 4GL, jQuery, HTML, and CSS to accomplish these tasks.

I was responsible for the daily report of the units that the technicians worked on. Manage the locations of the units, to make sure they will not go missing. Perform additional extended tests, to catch problems that are not fast or easy to see. Execute quality tests to ensure the units were properly fixed. Diagnose and fix different kinds of Lenovo laptops.

During my time as a professor's aide I was responsible for learning the subject material so I could mentor the students in any areas they would have difficulty understanding. This allowed me to better learn how to convey information to my fellow students and help them gain a better understanding of the task at hand. It also allowed me to better guide my peers to solutions without always being able to provide the exact answer. Time management was also crucial as I was still a student at the time and balancing both work and school can be difficult.

During my internship I was responsible for gathering, filtering and manipulating all data related to my experiment, as well as carrying out the experiment in a safe and efficient environment. Being responsible for all the data allowed me to develop my organizational skills, which also helped aid in developing my problem-solving ability when it came time to conduct the experiment. While carrying out this experiment I  was working with very large amounts of electricity, so proper safety was the most important aspect. All of these came together, in the end, to provide vital information for my research which was presented at a variety of public gatherings,  all at different education levels. Being able to understand your audience and effectively communicate your information will always be helpful in any career in the future.
