I started as a shop assistant, and after few months, I got promoted to supervisor, given my resilience, hard-working and determination to improve the shop and customer satisfaction.

I acted as a caregiver to elderly and disabled patients in different homes, working extra shifts and performing various tasks depending on the customer’s needs and wishes. I worked for six years in a public school located in a risk/dangerous zone, assisting in getting more than one hundred children from and to the school safely. I was also responsible for all the administrative work related to the school transport department and assisted the student administration team with any required tasks. I left the job because I decided to take on a new challenge and move to Ireland to improve my English skills.• Supervised the bus trips and ensured all students were present and safely arrived at the school and dropped off at their homes • Organized the queues to board the two buses that belonged to the school at the end of each day• Prepared reports that got sent to the Education Ministry• Watched the kids and ensured their well-being and safety before the trip• Prepared and updated the name lists daily• Signed up new students to the bus service, managed the waiting list and cancellations• Received new uniforms from suppliers, organized and distributed to the students• Assisted the student administration team with enrollments and report cardsAchievement: As our waiting list for the bus service grew and more kids required safe transportation to and from the school, I led the project to update and upgrade the buses so we could support more students. I was in close contact with the Transport and Education Ministry providing reports, numbers and arguments. After a lengthy bureaucratic process, we upgraded to new buses with more seats.
