As a Park Safety Monitor, my main job is to ensure all guests, climbers or not, are safe at all times. This means patrolling the park on the ground, listening out for staff calls, or going up onto the lines to aid customers if they need it. If required, I must also perform safety protocols using specialized equipment in the event of an emergency while on the lines. My job not only includes the safety of our guests, but also the satisfaction. I must greet all guests warmly, providing them hospitality and ensuring they are enjoying their visit to the park. I may provide answers to any questions asked, or simply converse with guests and make them feel welcomed.

As a Barista, my job is to prepare and serve tea beverages to customers. I follow standard health and food safety protocols, take orders from customers, prepare their drinks and serve them once done. Whilst interacting with the customers when taking or serving their orders, I am friendly and patient. I make sure I fully understand their order and any other requests, then provide them with an exceptional drink. My priority is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied with intent to return.
