As a Training Specialist, I design and deliver engaging and effective learning solutions that support the growth and development of our employees and leaders. I leverage my 6 years of professional sales experience in the staffing and agency recruiting space, where I had hands on experience as a high billing recruiter and eventually led multiple direct reports while creating resource and training materials for various L&D projects and LMS platforms.I am passionate about developing others and helping them achieve their goals, as well as my own. I have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and developing colleagues in the staffing and recruiting industry. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Texas State University, which has given me a solid foundation in analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the L&D field.
