I have been in public education for the last ten years. I am looking to transition to learning and development within the corporate sector. Below are some of my skills and accolades. - Implemented professional learning community groups within my grade level to analyze data for student growth and achievement- Test scores based on student growth were in the top 25% in the state of North Carolina and Mecklenburg County- Developed and implemented small group and whole group instruction in all core subjects- Collected and analyzed data, using Google Sheets to track classroom statistics- Provided support to student’s learning needs- Regularly collaborated with teachers and senior administrators to provide a quality education experience- Attended professional development to improve classroom and learning experiences- Collaborated and problem solved with parents and community members- Served on several committees working with my administration, aimed at bettering the school and the classroom environment
