- Manage bookkeeping and payroll service departments of Practice servicing multiple clients.- Onsite work as Client Controller/Accounting Manager to develop and implement accounting procedures, monthly accounting reconciliations and analysis for financial reporting, attend monthly Financial Committee meetings to present reports and preparation of accounting files for annual audits.- Monitoring and maintenance of designated fund accounts for grant tracking per grant and/or Funder guidance as well as preparation of grant reports for multiple levels of Private, State, County and Federal grants.- Provide experienced outsourced HR and payroll services for multiple clients using QuickBooks payroll, OnPay Payroll services, ADP Workforce, TriNet and StratusTime including monthly and periodic payroll tax report preparation and submissions.- Client monthly and quarterly sales tax return preparations.
