Helped handle logistics for the 2016 Triangle Heart Ball while managing the logistics for the upcoming Heart Walk throughout the transition period. Executed all logistics for the May 2016 Go Red For Women Luncheon. This included helping with invitation design, program booklet, multimedia presentation, purse auction, handling all RSVP's and all other marketing materials. Logistics for social events include managing venues, contracts, AV companies, entertainment, decor, marketing materials, program booklets, invitations, pre-event functions, and the night of/day of events.Along with the logistics, some of the administrative tasks include making sure Executive Leadership Team binders are in order and ready to go, we have pledge forms ready and waiting prior to meetings, and all of our files are up to date and all information is input quickly and properly.

I handle all logistics for the annual Triangle Heart Walk (15,000 people) for the 2014 and 2015 walks.This included coordinating all vendors for the day of event, reaching out and asking for donations including water, fruit, etc. and also working with the city of Raleigh to shut down the streets for the walk. Kept up with administrative tasks for three directors. Created marketing materials throughout the year to support multiple fundraising efforts.

Worked closely with customers to input purchase orders, see them through Ascom's processes and make sure they shipped on time and in full. Worked closely with other departments within Ascom to make sure all orders were executed properly from the start. This built team work and helped us learn how the entire company worked, not just one department. Other tasks would include phone calls, emails and questions from customers, working with the logistics department to make sure everything shipped on time, and also working with sales reps to be certain we had the parts in stock that their customers needed.

While staying at home I managed the household. I was able to utilize my administrative skills and manage my family's calendar. I took up couponing and used spreadsheets to manage what was on sale that week vs. what needed to wait in order to save the most money. During this time, I also had to be a caregiver, which utilized this skill a lot because I had to manage time, money and resources to the maximum. We had a limited income, I had to spread the money and use spreadsheets throughout the month to make sure everything went where it needed to go. From there I had to use my time wisely between doctors appointments and home life to make sure my son and husband had everything they both needed and still making sure everything was taken care of.

I was the nanny for over three years for two children. During this timeI provided transportation for sports, educational outings, summer activities as well as picking them up from school. I would help them with homework in all subjects, cook meals for them as well as make sure they completed all chores for the day. We would organize play dates at friend's houses, local parks and swimming pools. This was a wonderful job opportunity and taught me how to manage many different schedules, and I learned responsibility not only for myself but taking responsibility for others. I took a lot away from this job because of all the different aspects that it offered and how much I needed to do on a daily basis
