I am a predoctoral researcher passionate about the way we see the world. As lab manager of the Vision & Cognitive Neuroscience Lab at The Ohio State University, I use techniques including fMRI, EEG, and eye tracking to explore the relationships between visual perception, attention, and working memory. At the University of Notre Dame, where I earned a B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavior with minors in Data Science and Health, Humanities, and Society, I completed a senior thesis working with Dr. Jim Brockmole on how individual biases impact the perception of AI-generated religious art. In my current role, I am integrating my undergraduate experiences in psychology with the neuroimaging resources of Ohio State’s Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Brain Imaging to perform research in the field of cognitive neuroscience. I am looking forward to using these skills to apply to PhD programs in psychology or neuroscience, with a goal of matriculating in the fall of 2026! In my free time, I love playing the piano and saxophone, practicing photography, visualizing sports data, and visiting museums.
