Current-Partner with web development team to ensure optimal seamless functionality across UX/UI-Oversee digital marketing calendar: SMS, email, site, and app content-Supervise Customer Service team for 5 brands-Monitor orders and fulfillment by liaising with supply chain and warehouse teams-Maintain Merchandising, PDP, collection pages, site content by following trends and best practices-Monitor payment methods and checkout flow optimization-Work with CRM team to enhance and optimize loyalty programs-Work closely with the store teams for seamless omni channel experience-Own relationships with 3rd party vendors-Forecast daily sales plans-Uncover opportunities for growth and optimization
