I’m an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry and implementing new project management systems. I’ve been very fortunate to experience the sports industry from an athlete, coach, and front office perspective. In my current role with the Minnesota Vikings, I manage company-wide projects and act in a cross-functional role to ensure collaboration across departments and a successful project outcome. I drive adoption of project management best practices and have played a role in implementing our Stage Gate process. Since joining, I selected and implemented a new project management system for our Creative Team that has expanded company-wide. Our PMIS has increased cross-departmental communication and collaboration, while maximizing our internal resource bandwidth and providing analytical data on our efforts. Previously, I attended grad school full-time in order to obtain a Master's in Sports Administration degree, while working full-time in a growing marketing department. I developed skills in brand management, art direction, print/digital marketing campaigns, and budgeting. Additionally, I had the opportunity to help transition our team from using an external agency to an in-house design team that became a revenue-generating department. My passion for athletics stems from my background as a Division 1 athlete at the University of Iowa and growing up in major sports markets.
