Design and code websites for bands/artists and the label itself. Integrate sites with BandCamp as necessary. Use password-protected directories to store Electronic Press Kits for distribution to booking agents and the press. Make changes to sites as needed to keep them updated.

Enter and process payroll for 12-30 employees, match vouchers to invoices in the computer for accounts payable purposes, file paperwork and provide general help as needed.

Support Admissions Department staff by entering lead information from college fairs and informational tours, and by making initial follow-up contact with leads. Assemble mailings. Lead informational tours as necessary. Send postcards and make calls reminding applicants to turn in all application materials in a timely manner.

Assist other students by looking for patterns of grammatical and/or structural error in their writing assignments. Remind them of grammar rules relating to their patterns of error so they can make appropriate revisions to their assignments. Assist with proper MLA or APA formatting of Works Cited/Works Used pages and in-text citations. Explain assignment sheets as necessary.
