As the Human Resources intern I was responsible for designing, running, and analyzing an engagement survey. Interviewing select restaurant managers on new training initiative and compiled a report of the interviews. Creating a new simulation for a new onboarding process. Lastly I was responsible for calculating and analyzing the attrition rates for every store location for the year of 2019 and compiling attrition reports for the HR director, district managers, the VP, and the company owner.

As temporary key holder, I was responsible for opening and closing the store, receiving shipment, and collaborating with other managers and team members to ensure the store ran smoothly.

I aided in the facilitation of the opening of the new Dripping Springs location of Hat Creek Burger Company in January 2017. I currently advocate and promote the company values and culture throughout my everyday work. I also aided in the development of new employee with regards to their training. My number one priority of each work day is to provide exceptional customer service to all who come in contact with Hat Creek Burger Company.

As a seasonal worker at Chick-fil-A, I exemplified the model employee by aligning myself with the company values and culture. In 2015, I was promoted to trainer and responsibilities included the development of new employees through personable coaching, balancing the cash registers after each shift, and organizing shifts.
