Member Experience Manager
CurrentAs the strategic support for new and inactive members, the Member Experience Manager has two key focuses: onboarding and engagement. The onboarding strategy focuses on moving new members from ‘sign up to show up’, presenting value in the Team RWB experience, and creating a simplified path to their first consequential engagement. The re-engagement strategy focuses on re-engaging previously active members to get them back into the Team RWB ‘funnel’. The MEM is responsible for documenting, evaluating, and optimizing the new member experience, from developing framework and support strategies, plans, and tactics to understanding and analyzing where, how, and why members join, engage, and/or become dormant with RWB. Additionally, the MEM oversees the 'red shirt process' to ensure all new veteran members receive their 'new uniform' - the iconic Team RWB red shirt - including managing inventory and order flow.As part of our acquisition strategy, the MEM collaborates with the Development team to establish corporate Veteran Resource Group (VRG) partnerships as well as other potential member pipelines. The MEM also works closely with the Marketing team to develop acquisition strategies and ensure new members understand Team RWB's mission and offerings for a seamless transition from "sign up to show up".
