With over sixteen years of progressive management experience specializing in change management, human resources, and operations, I am a strategic leader who can establish and optimize organizational practices to deliver excellence in outcomes. I have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, both internal and external, and a successful record of developing partnerships that benefit ongoing operations.Through a diverse and accomplished career my commitment to a better future for my community and my passion for life-long learning have been the defining features of my work. I have had the honor of coordinating large and small scale service-learning programs to support rebuilding and restoration on the Gulf Coast post-Hurricane Katrina. I have transformed the operations of Chico Creek Nature Center in the foot hills of the Cascade Mountains. And most recently I have had a leadership role building a Human Resources department for three affiliated non-profits and supporting the work of over 230 staff who work every day to transform the lives of the poor in my childhood home of The Northwest Bronx.I am passionate about building and empowering teams, enhancing organizational culture, and facilitating change.
