I am working as a junior pastry chef and breakfast chef currently after graduating with a Certificate III in 2021. My employment background includes 9 years of hospitality and 5 years in hospitality management roles, both at large corporations and small businesses. My current goals include: gaining experience in the patisserie industry, establishing a name and reputation for myself, and discovery areas of the industry that I am passionate about. I am not currently looking for new employment but am instead interested in participating in competitions, seminars, and skill-building.
