Developed and implemented social science surveys in fishing communities, collaborated with fishermen to collect data on larval bivalve collection and growth for the development of sustainable aquaculture in the Gulf of California, Sonora, Mexico, wrote and translated technical documents and communications.

Served as teaching assistant for the Sustainable Development in Chile field course in the Duke Environmental Leadership Masters Program. Coordinated professional meetings with natural resource and sustainability professionals in Chile. Organized travel and lodging logistics for 18 students and faculty for the week long field trip to Santiago and Valparaiso, Chile. Developed and managed in-country itinerary, and ensured seamless execution of the course schedule. Provided information and guidance to students and faculty about trip preparation and details.
