Caitlin started off in early 2023 working on bug fixes and I've watched her skills grow extensively to take on more challenging tasks, such as full feature requests and page rewrites. The sky is the limit for Caitlin and I believe there's nothing limiting her from achieving her goals, and making those around her better except her own imagination. She has redeveloped our web site to be more engaging and user friendly, has redesigned our recruitment viewbook, and produced several videos which contain instructions for current students. All of these things, as well as several others, are currently being effectively used by students, faculty, and staff. Caitlin requires little to no supervision from me. We meet weekly. At this meeting she reports to me what she has accomplished for the week and outlines what she will accomplish in the next week. She has an excellent vision for what we want to accomplish as a program and is able to identify needed projects and get those projects done. When I have a task for her to do, she is able to quickly and easily complete the task and report back. Although I'm sad to lose Caitlin as an employee, I am very excited for her future.
