Duties:• Responsible for ensuring that Hader Clinic Queensland Private operates in accordance with the NSQHS, and Private Health Regulation Unit for the private AOD detoxification hospital facility.• Coordinate and implement quality systems and plan• Develop processes and procedures that drive continuous improvement across the organisation• Manage and continuously review the human resource function of HCQP• Manage and continuously review the work health and safety function of HCQP (risk registers, maintenance register).• Private hospital data (HCP and QHAPDC) and private health insurance contracts and compliance. • Manage and continuously review the policies and procedures of HCQP.• Conduct and participate in internal and external audits relating to accreditation, compliance and work health and safety.• Investigation for complaints and responding appropriately. • Continuous improvement for HCQP through all feedback, and Opportunity for Improvement (OFI) forms.
