About Caitlin Walker (Phd)
Dr Caitlin Walker, received her PhD in Clean Language Interviewing at Liverpool John Moores University in 2021 within the area of curriculum design. She's an expert facilitator at home in conflict resolution, organisational development, culture change and community mediation. Originator of Systemic Modelling and #DramaFree skills, she graduated in Linguistics at the School of Oriental and African Studies followed by four years post graduate research in ‘Strategies for Lexical access for machine language recognition’ including fieldwork in Ghana. She began creating models of diverse teaching strategies while at SOAS, volunteering intermediary classes to translate information presented at lectures into different learning styles for the students. She was introduced to the Clean Language of David Grove in 1996 and has developed processes that result in whole system sustainable change.She facilitated sessions with at-risk teenagers as clean modelling workshops and achieved excellent results: The project won the Crime Prevention and Community Safety award for Great Britain in 1999. Her work is available on the Open University MBA program, it is incorporated into a 3 year Personal Development Profiling system at Liverpool John Moores University and is embedded in a number of international organisations.She designs and delivers tailor made learning and development programs for addressing diversity, conflict, leadership, managing mergers and creating 'learning organizations'.Caitlin practices in a variety of contexts. Clients include: Oxford Saeed, Jeyes, Pharmacia, South Yorkshire Police Service, Bexley Care Trust, New Information Paradigms, Work Directions UK, Crime Concern, BT, Police National Search Centre, Celerent Consultancy, Carbon Partners, Ealing LEA, Brent in2 Work, Jockey Club and many more.
