For decision-makers and the consultants who serve them, we offer professional education, periodic events, and a lively community of practice. Instead of expensive, inflexible practice frameworks, we encourage creativity in how these key patterns are reduced to practice. We also offer certified training in specific Open practices that already do a good job implementing these patterns. These practices we teach include Open Space Technology, Inviting Leadership, OpenSpace Agility, and more. These practices reduce the eight patterns to practice in a way that is immediately accessible, actionable and effective.
