Instead of expensive, inflexible practice frameworks, we encourage creativity in how these key patterns are reduced to practice. We also offer certified training in specific Open practices that already do a good job implementing these patterns. These practices we teach include Open Space Technology, Inviting Leadership, OpenSpace Agility, and more. These practices reduce the eight patterns to practice in a way that is immediately accessible, actionable and effective.
