Worked at this camp for two consecutive summers in 2017 and 2018. Began as an overnight group leader for 7-13 year olds and was successful enough in that role, that was asked after two sessions to become a LIT group leader (Leaders in training - 14-17 year olds). Subsequently, was asked to return the following summer. This role was challenging and required me to plan and execute 2–4-week fun-filled and educational sessions for campers along with co-counsellors, prioritize the health and welfare of the campers, and try new activities regularly.
