Media Director
Current• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all media planning, buying, and execution across assigned accounts and platforms.• Collaborate with clients and account teams to develop tailored media strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable results.• Lead the development of integrated media plans that span digital, programmatic, social, and traditional channels.• Manage and optimize media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns, with budgets ranging from $1M to $90M million.• Oversee the performance of campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs, analyzing results and providing actionable insights for optimization.• Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, technology partners, and platforms to identify new opportunities and negotiate advantageous deals.• Guide, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level media staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.• Participate in new business pitches, providing media strategy recommendations and insights to help win new accounts.• Work cross-departmentally to ensure seamless integration of media strategies with creative, analytics, and account management teams.• Identify and implement cutting-edge media technologies, resulting in new opportunities and competitive advantages for clients
