This was such an interesting project in a very old and battle-tested organization. I worked with the UX, Content Strategy, Image Rendering, and Systems teams. We used collaborative yet careful human-centered design to enhance McM's heritage brand, shaping a 21st-century digital image strategy for an 800,000+ item industrial supply offering.
