Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Manage, develop and implement supply chain, operations, finance & logistics strategy in linewith the wider business goals- Manage the overall delivery of Supply Chain and Logistics operations, from factory to endconsumer, including P&L responsibility- Managed launch into Big 4 retailers and Amazon Fresh, including move to use of EDI fororder processing- Supported successful launches out of the United Kingdom (Denmark, Holland, Republic of Ireland, Belgium including imminent launches into further territories)- Demand planning - Streamlined forecasting and manufacture prediction processes to reduceend availability issues, working closely with the Sales Team- Implemented call off procedure for all suppliers to ensure availability of crucial and in demandingredients along with packaging- Day to day management of financial processes within company, including invoices, weeklypayment management, bank reconciliation, salaries and producing EOM and EOY financialreports - Improved processes has resulted in a reduction of Aged Debtors from 40% to 3.8%- Supporting two successful Seedrs raises - The companies 2nd raise was fully funded in under 6 hours including investment from Andy Murray- Worked with Head of Marketing and PR to establish an events strategy for 2016 and 2017,to increase sales and brand awareness- Managing expectations through supply chain shortages for all key stakeholders in supply chain

Main responsibilities: forecasting’s sales and intake, within a budget, for two major electronic accounts, working to launch dates for new products, liaising with suppliers, warehouse staff, store staff and third party organisations, supporting the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandiser, as well as liaising with Buying. Weekly analysis of trade and availability, and reacting appropriately to maximise sales. I am a member of PartnerVoice, the EHT Social Committee, I have mentored new starters and am currently running the Bulk Stacks programme to maximise sales through the Christmas period with another MA.

Main responsibilities include: stock allocation to stores and concessions; analyzing sales and stocks for maximize sales; liaising with suppliers and warehouse to ensure goods are delivered and processed efficiently for launch dates and maintenance of stock levels; implementing and maintaining promotions across all stores; space planning and allocating new store packages in a timely manner; tracking launch positions for catalogue and new seasons; assisting in preparation for Sign Offs; maintenance and set up of line projections; and supporting the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandise Controller in all matters. I work closely with the Buying, Marketing and Mobile Retail teams day to day. I have had the opportunity to work with a number of teams across the Charity and Trading Company, including fundraising events and mobile retail events allowing me to experience many aspects of Help for Heroes as a whole.
