Elder Focus Team

• Interact with 30 middle school aged children in the Franklinton/Hilltop area weekly to connect with them and communicate Youth for Christ’s holistic goals• Mentor 4 girls by providing a safe place for them to communicate life struggles and receive practical advice and care• Conform to Youth for Christ’s holistic model to provide spiritual, emotional, social, and physical support to children involved in programming • Host individual mentoring and camp opportunities to allow students to receive one-on-one attention and help them complete their goals

• Pioneered a student movement on two international campuses to provide a spiritual resource for students • Created and communicate a strategic plan for 7 campus staff members to ensure clear and unified direction• Mentored 2 campus staff members weekly by actively listening to concerns, helping with problem solving and aligning goals with the strategic plan• Empowered a group of 20 key student volunteers to lead a student movement and provide mentorship to their peers• Communicated in Portuguese to Brazilian students and campus staff involved in nationwide movement to preserve Brazilian cultural identity

• Conversed with patients to make them feel comfortable and at ease while in the office• Answered questions about scheduling and payment plans by researching correct information• Filed and tracked insurance claims with insurance companies so that the business could receive payments

• Managed a workflow of appointments with Ohio State students to provide individual career guidance• Reviewed resumes, cover letters and interview skills to ease transition from university to marketplace • Introduced students to resource library so that they could understand the resources available to them• Collaborated with staff of 4 senior advisors to provide updated services to students and to better the advice I provided
