大家好，我的中文名字是彭爱琳。我在爱达荷州杨百翰大学学习了两年中文。Technology was a major part of my childhood. Causing me to take several classes on programming. Being able to make applications with groups, like an Augmentative Communication App, took a lot of time troubleshooting to make it work well. That caused my team and me to pay more attention to the smaller details and change a couple of sections completely if need be.Working in customer service over the past several years has made me a humble and patient person with some decent business skills. Being able to help all the customers get the correct product in the aisles, as the line continued to grow, making the need for prioritization, knowledge of products, and time management a must-have skill. Also, being able to alter the product to customers' liking, took attention to detail, and knowledge of what the contents did to the products.With both of these sets of skills that I acquired, I would love to be able to work with a company that deals with both technology and business negotiations. With me being the middle man between the completely different department would close the gap that occurs when they sometimes communicate.
