I am currently Head of Responsible Business and ESG Communications at The BD Consultancy, helping international firms and organisations drive long-term, sustainable, and positive growth. I am also Founding Director of the charity Good Impact Group, connecting charities in need of professional support with expert marketing and business development volunteers. Alongside over a decade of communications and marketing experience, I am extremely interested in culture and have lived abroad in Vietnam, running the marketing for a language centre while teaching English. This is reflected by my academic interest in matters relating to a Masters in Ethnicity and Multiculturalism (for which I achieved a Distinction). I studied areas including Human Rights and my dissertation focused on the (in)effectiveness of hate crime campaigns within the context of anti-racism. I also have a First Class BA Hons degree in English Language and Linguistics.My professional, academic and personal experiences combine to provide me with an extremely strong understanding of culture and communication which I apply to every aspect of my work.
