I oversee and manage over 18 critical systems and tools that the company relies on for daily operations at our 14 locations. To streamline processes and consolidate these systems, I collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for improvement or replacement. I then develop and execute comprehensive project plans to implement these changes. In my 8 years in this role, I have led the rollout of 8 new systems, successfully replacing all computers, cameras, phones, printers, and security cameras companywide. These efforts enhanced our technology, enabled remote management, and reduced costs.After a system implementation, I am responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, and training for all systems. I also manage relationships with customer success managers to address issues and introduce new features as needed.Additionally, I am responsible for the IT buildout of new café locations, handling everything from network design and installation to procuring and installing technology equipment. I also train new hires on the systems and tools they will use.I manage a small internal team of two to help me support all company systems. I also oversee our external tech support team and assist with hands-on technical support as needed. Together, we ensure network security, conduct staff training, and continuously improve the network infrastructure.
