Business Systems Manager
CurrentI oversee and manage over 18 critical systems and tools that the company relies on for daily operations at our 14 locations. To streamline processes and consolidate these systems, I collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for improvement or replacement. I then develop and execute comprehensive project plans to implement these changes. In my 8 years in this role, I have led the rollout of 8 new systems, successfully replacing all computers, cameras, phones, printers, and security cameras companywide. These efforts enhanced our technology, enabled remote management, and reduced costs.After a system implementation, I am responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support, and training for all systems. I also manage relationships with customer success managers to address issues and introduce new features as needed.Additionally, I am responsible for the IT buildout of new café locations, handling everything from network design and installation to procuring and installing technology equipment. I also train new hires on the systems and tools they will use.I manage a small internal team of two to help me support all company systems. I also oversee our external tech support team and assist with hands-on technical support as needed. Together, we ensure network security, conduct staff training, and continuously improve the network infrastructure.
