Develop and execute marketing campaigns. Collaborate to create visual and written marketing content. Track and analyze marketing results.

Created a streamlined fundraiser process. Boosted revenue by $2k+ and designed new in-store posters, coordinated weekly game nights, and advertised additional promotions.

Led recreational activities (e.g. crafts, games) for ~ 20 kids (ages 6-12). Managed and wrote reports on conflicts between kids; supervise lunch. Assisted with attendance and sign-in and out procedures. Provided customer service at front desk. Completed mandated reporter training.

Worked with Haliru Ibrahim, a tailoring business owner in Nigeria. Coordinated team meetings, communicated with client and business partner. Curated financial resources, advertising materials (logos and flyers), fundraised, and requested grants for business to foster growth. Explored innovative solutions.

Assisted early learners in reading and writing. Aided students in achieving skills such as practicing the alphabet, reading stories, and learning grammar. Administered tests and grade worksheets. Work with students with learning disabilities. Mentored new employees.

Collaborated with the editorial team; wrote articles that were published weekly about environmental issues (deforestation, carbon emissions, new NASA technology, etc.); attended and covered virtual climate conferences.

Awarded MVP award for initiative and effectiveness (high flip-rate) while canvassing. Canvassed at local neighborhoods (200+ doors total). Created flyers, coordinated logistics for events including AAPI hate awareness, aided in campaign promotion strategies on social media and in local school newspapers.
