I am an energetic & experienced sales professional for sales and business development - proven track record in personal sales, leading sales team as country manager, developing SME- and enterprise companies and establishing & internationalizing new business. New, smarter ways to execute sales process inspires me. Sales activities require a truly customer centered approach - combined with real value added services and solutions with business insights that help customers to improve their daily operations are core success factors of todays customer work, I reckon. I have had great opportunities to understand and learn B2B sales more in-depth; have executed over 10.000 personal customer encounters in printing business along with German collegues,leaded and managed sales team for over 13 years, carried out in-house sales training programmes and mastered sales development skills through a three years consultancy/ business coach career in Finland. At the moment these experiences have given me the chance to bring Finnish Cleantech Technology both into domestic and international market. Our mission to provide life cycle solutions that support the sustainable use of water areas is also something of great value and worth of accomplishing every day.
