In my role at EconSys, I served as a proposal writer, specializing in HR services and software solutions for Federal agencies. I analyzed technical requirements from various client solicitations, ensuring alignment with EconSys capabilities and win themes. Leveraging my expertise, I conceptualized, created, and reviewed compelling documents, maintained.

I transitioned into a part-time role within the quality assurance department at ASSYST, focusing on elevating the quality of edited documents for the State of Maryland. I identified and developed new documents to support quality assurance initiatives. I regularly updated and maintained deliverables to meet project requirements, while documenting test.

ASSYST was the first job I had as a proposal writer. I learned the necessary skills from a seasoned proposal team in crafting critical proposal sections, collaborating with technical teams and management, and refining written materials for coherence and accuracy. I managed proposal repositories, tracked bid opportunities, and documented wins and losses.
