In this role, I managed personnel and HR functions and participated in operational planning at Fort Benning, where I coordinated the in-processing and out-processing of up to 250 individuals per day and organized logistics for supplies and transportation. Selected Accomplishments:• Key member of a team that created a successful Life Support Area to house up to 500 persons awaiting reassignment, to prevent COVID-19 exposure.

During this time, I directed the maintenance and technical upkeep of a vehicle fleet comprising 17 tanks, HMMWVs, and other vehicles. As primary manager of the company's $70M property book, I held responsibility for equipment and vehicle inventory and carried out forecasting of ammunition, supplies, property transactions, and range utilization needs. I also coordinated deployments and inspections. In addition, I resourced tactical and physical training requests for 92 personnel by discretion of the company commander and developed soldiers tactically, physically, and professionally, including preparing soldiers for Ranger School and planning and executing daily physical training for 28 headquarters personnel.
