• Translated supply and demand plans into short and long term inventory planning models including weekly inventory projection models as well as long term inventory projections for AOP budgeting purposes.• Create, evaluate, maintain, and monitor Inventory Strategies to surpass customer service and financial objectives set forth by Management • Lead inventory risk visibility through monthly S&OP processes inclusive of detailed inventory projections by inventory classification• Operate as the primary point of contact for Operations, Finance and Accounting for everything related to inventory including working capital planning, cash forecasting, inventory disposition related to obsolescence.• Partnered with planning, logistics, customer advocacy, sales and finance as needed to identify key actions around excess and obsolescence inventory• Implement and apply inventory optimization initiatives as required.

My role was responsible for taking a holistic view of our product stability and initiating short- and long-term projects accordingly. I have performed the following tasks:• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic programs and project goals related to our stability initiatives on current and upcoming products.• Developing strategies to test product stability across formulation, packaging and transportation of our products.• Creating and managing the stability testing program at Nutrabolt.• Monitoring program and project performance of our products and reporting out the information for decision making.• Recommending formulation strategies as it relates to product stability based on the collected data from our testing agencies• Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications from outside testing agencies and contract manufacturers as it related to our stability protocols.• Drafting stability protocols for individual product testing• Creating aggregation workbooks for consolidating the information across multiple products and comparing the results side by side• Set up routine product reviews to present the information related to the stability findings to the stability review board to make decisions on our products.

• Oversee and drive team facilitation of the monthly S&OP volume consensus process including maintenance of rolling 18-24 month consensus demand plans and gaining full alignment with key stakeholders.• Influence and hold key partners in sales and finance accountable for consistent forecast inputs and address input gaps. • Lead team to systematically identify and work to reconcile discrepancies and close gaps on an ongoing basis through comprehensive forecast error reviews. • Responsible for the quality of forecasts in terms of accuracy, timeliness, coordination and communication. This will be accomplished through facilitation of the Demand Planning Process as well as the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. • Provide leadership in developing team members, including talent management, succession planning and professional education. Mentor the growth and development of the Demand Planning Process and the Demand Planners across all operating channels • Lead monthly S&OP pre-wire meetings with sales leadership and finance, utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.• Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.

Generate shipment forecast based on customer level POS, promotional plans and inventory positioning. Aid in new product launch planning through close customer alignment on turns and stock policies. Regularly reviewing historical shipment data to generate future baseline forecast. Provide leadership and direction to applicable sales channel leads to ensure business planning with customers aligns to sales trends. Downstream communication within supply chain to ensure alignment to sales plans and inventory stock policies per customer service levels. Regular KPI performance tracking using 60 day WAPE and Bias by customer and product category. Lead in CPFR initiatives for further alignment to customer and business planning.
