My team, with IBM scientists and other committee members, developed the content structure language (SGML) used to create, navigate, and display each page of the World Wide Web. My early companies designed/built large-scale electronic publishing environments to modernize two-fifths of the Fortune 500, and advised the Pentagon on digitizing/modernizing technical documentation and logistics systems. As Founder and CEO of Efeckta Technologies Corporation, I pioneered the new field of “Data Physics,” and I hold the global foundational Data Physics patents. These breakthroughs led to the improvement of data discovery and analysis in the life sciences and biotechnology fields. Efeckta became a global provider of bioinformatics/ genetic/ proteomic solutions for drug discovery and diagnostic aids.Most recently, in founding The FairWay Group, I developed and patented a group of solutions to modernize and transform the global primary offering financial marketplaces - capital formation / next - generation. I am currently patented in over 55 countries and currently expect over 1,000 financial patents in over 130 countries, FairWay’s technology is also applicable to pricing optimization, allocation, and securitization of other assets, goods, and services (including revenue streams, contracts, real estate, insurance, commodities, labor pools, intellectual property, and media/entertainment).Specialties: As a serial-entrepreneur, it runs the gamut.
