Knowledge is key!I have been in the Restoration Industry for over 10 years and have focused on the continuation of knowledge gained through experience, and experience through the many projects both simple and complex. I currently hold several certifications through the IICRC, NAMRI and PMII. These certifications include AMRT, FSRT, WRT, OCT, and UFCT through the IICRC.I am currently a Journeyman Fire and Smoke Restorer through the IICRC. I currently hold certifications through the Professional Mold Inspection Institute (PMII) that have certified me as a Residential Mold Inspector, Commercial Mold Inspector as well as a Certified Mold Remediator and also a current member of the National Association of Mold Remediators and Inspectors. I am an Xactimate certified estimator and can fluidly write Remediation and Mitigation scopes effectively and efficiently.The skills, knowledge and background that I have established through my years in the industry give me the ability to articulate the processes and procedures of both Remediation and Mitigation projects to clients, and allow them to grasp a better understanding of the services that are being provided to them during intense crises while also showing a sense of compassion and empathy during a time of otherwise difficult circumstance.I continue seeking new ways to improve my knowledge, skillset and understanding of this constantly changing industry and look forward to many more years of being able to provide the best possible solution to any problem that may arise.
