I have recieved every certificate and exceeded every qualification for the entry level positions for the API pipeline finishing process which includes plasma cutting and hydrostatic testing readiness grinding, forklift operation, overhead crane operation, hydrostatic testing process, end seam grinding to ensure weld is flushed down and ready for xray, and beveller operations. Due to my successes, the company invested in training me for the quality inspection position I currently hold. Within a short period I led all of my workstations in unprecedented production. As a preliminary inspector, knowing the specifications of the job and being able to apply it to the dimensional aspects and steel, weld, and engineering integrity of the pipeline let me train other inspectors and trainees in a production environment. I also led my team into record reaching numbers, having shift record high numbers and one of the smallest ratio of pipe that didnt meet specifications during audit. As a final auditor inspector, I helped my team reach an all time inspection record, and the day after beat it by 10 percent and reach an all time number of pipe selling record of the history of the mill.

As a General Manager of a Domino’s Pizza store I oversaw the entire operation of the store. I have increased employee productivity by cross training and star selection in order to improve service times and customer satis- faction. I have driven sales, reduced labor and food costs, and won awards including: a five star score, the max- imum possible rating, on a report on operations evaluation, which is a thorough, unannounced corporate audit of customer focused store operations; and a Platinum score, also the maximum possible score, on customer fo- cused store cleanliness conducted by a corporate Area Leader.

As an Assistant Manager I assisted in store operation, trained new employees, managed food cost, and oversaw dispatching and customer satisfaction. My need to succeed, organization, and positive attitude has enabled me to be fast-tracked to become a general manager in about 25% of the time as my peers who have been selected for promotion.

Being an Infantryman has given me a tremendous amount of skills and experience in several aspects of life. It built an extreme attention to detail, from having weekly room inspections and weapon cleanliness inspections. It has taught me patience and servitude from conducting tower guard shifts in a foreign country, filling sandbags 20 hours a day every day for an extended period, conducting reconnoissance and combat patrols, ability to work un- der extreme pressure of several different factors.
