Mobility Operations Director
Current- Manage and supervise a fleet of 167 assigned vehicles across 3 states, while overseeing 11 employees.
- Plan, organize, and execute the movement, deployment, and redeployment of 3,600 employees and their equipment, ensuring seamless operations and coordination.
- Direct partners, commercial agencies, and installation activities to facilitate smooth deployment, redeployment, and movement operations.
- Organize department readiness and resourcefulness for conducting assignments and maintain high standards of preparedness.
- Provide expert technical guidance on the implementation and utilization of transportation automation systems, contributing to optimized efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prioritize safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, conducting thorough financial reviews in line with industry standards.
- Deliver comprehensive training to vehicle control officers, empowering them to perform their roles with confidence and competence.
- Effectively supervise 9 Camps within an active combat area, overseeing facilities management, dining facility operations, vehicle maintenance, weapons maintenance, transportation, and base security.
- Manage the expansion of bases and facilities to accommodate over 500 personnel under strict time and resource constraints
- Prepare, validate, and execute deployment/redeployment plans and standard operating procedures.
- Provide valuable training in unit movement operations and skillfully supervised the use of Joint/Army transportation systems to document Army redeployment and distribution operations.
- Collaborate with senior commanders to plan and execute unit movement operations and operational maneuver.
