I review all applications and do the initial phone screens as well as working closely with hiring managers to coordinate their onsite interviews with candidates. On my 6th month with the company I was promoted to training lead in charge of training new recruits. The other half of the time I am recruiting which includes reviewing resumes, conducting both in-person and phone interviews for new Customer Service Agents. I have helped for this team from the get go. Ensuring that all of the Customer Service Agents I bring to the team are well prepared in various case scenarios and that they are given the tools they need to succeed. Most recently I had the opportunity to travel overseas to the Philippines to train over 150 agents on our systems in 6 weeks. I was able to build this new call center from the ground up and am pleased it is now up and running efficiently.

For the first six months of the job, I worked as a Customer Service Rep. I answered phone calls and text messages regarding anything from general inquires to issues that required me to execute some de-escalation skills. I also worked on Customer Feedback to ensure that all Owners of the dogs had a pleasing experience as well as what could be approved upon.

As a server, I was friendly and patient with my guests. I took their orders and entered them into MICROS. I carried food and drinks both alcoholic and not to and from the tables. Refill any drinks, and buss the tables after the guests leave. As a Host, I answered phone calls as well as any inquiries about the restaurant. I greeted people as they enter and leave. I was the head host and made sure to delegate where the other hosts take the guests. I uses the Seat Me app and made sure every server gets was seated in rotation of their section. I took reservations and kept the host stand organized. Being a full service sports bar/restaurant, I was also in charge of programming the televisions and sound for the establishment.
