With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver excellence and innovation. As the General Manager at Superior Equipment LLC, I oversee the daily operations, manage the budget and inventory, and ensure the quality and safety of our products and services. I also work with my team to implement process improvements, increase efficiency, and reduce costs, while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. Previously, I was a leader at Lippert Components, Inc., where I contributed to the growth and success of the company by developing and executing strategic plans, managing projects, and coaching and mentoring employees. I have also served in the Indiana National Guard as an SSG in the Infantry, where I led troops and managed equipment. I have strong skills in manufacturing process improvement, team building, and operations management, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.
