I have had ten years of experience working at Papa Murphy's starting at crew level and working my way up to management. Almost two of those years were at the management level, during which I kept sales around the same level as the previous manager while increasing our yearly survey scores. after the first year I was transferred to a different store where I really had to fix things up by re-training the crew and teaching them how to best use their abilities at work. During this time at the new store I was also able to increase sales numbers slightly while keeping food costs to a minimum.
