As a marketing manager at Swanson Meats I am solely responsible for all marketing activities, from monthly specials and flyers to social media and everything in-between. I am also responsible for monthly sales meetings, trade shows, customer relations, and in house sales. My official title is Marketing Manager but my responsibilities and roles cover a wide variety of business activities.

As an owner of a small business you find yourself wearing a lot of hats, but what I enjoy most about this is that you are continually learning, pushing yourself, and discovering what you are capable of doing. From self teaching myself how to use Magento, to downloading and installing extensions on my laptop to allow software interfaces to connect and simplify my shipping process. My typical day to day activities include sales, marketing, web management, ordering fulfillment, to shipping.
