I have one full-time employee who's main focus is on production. My responsibilities are wide ranging:- Training to produce a consistent quality product- Analyzing and creating efficiency with all of our process'- Marketing- Design and building custom furniture- Designing and building custom machines to increase efficiency- Learning all about wood and processing of it.

As foreman of a 3-man crew I had a wide range of responsibilities at a very young rapidly growing company:- Lead Climber for tree pruning and removal - Ground worker - Other daily operation responsibilities: - Sales and client management - Interfacing with clients via phone and in person, writing bid/estimates, collecting payments, and marketing the company to potential clients - Interacting with upper management - Writing and sending all conclusive and follow up information to the appropriate manager at the end of the day - Managing crew to complete jobs within business' time goals - Maintaining and purchasing equipment
