Responsible for the preparation and analysis of complex financial models and projections. Interpret and benchmark comparable/market data to support all investment and financial decisions and project financial viability. Review budgets and perform cost-benefit analysis related to potential real estate development projects/acquisitions.Interpret, define, and effectively communicate financial information to make informed and profitable business decisions. Responsible for assessing current trends in real estate markets, business practices, products, and competition so as to develop effective forecasts. Review monthly financials for existing portfolio properties, analyze discrepancies to budget, identify trends and opportunities to maximize NOI and asset value.Budget/ cash flow projections for existing portfolio properties

- Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Analysiso Create underwriting projections to be presented to lenders for multifamily real estate loans and bond transactionso Compare property historical operating statements, appraisal projections, borrower projections, and sponsor projections to determine an accurate financial outlook of a propertyo Determine if a property will meet loan obligations and support debt service requirementso Review third party reports to determine discrepancies and determine if additional reports are requiredo Review borrower’s financial statements and real estate ownership schedule to analyze and determine financial wherewithal- Track due diligence needed for loan and bond transactionso Monitor due diligence items receivedo Request from appropriate parties missing items required for underwriting purposes and loan closingo Review documents received to determine any issues and key items that need to be discussed with the client
