Calling clients at the start of the day to confirm their time and filtering out obvious service misunderstandings. I was responsible for keeping the store tidy: gathering carts, disposing of packing cardboard, using the tall ladder on behalf of co-workers, unload trucks, sweeping the floor, cleaning the restrooms, assisting customers to find items, stocking items, assembling shelving, waxing the backrooms, and if a snowglobe broke or a kid lost his lunch it was on me to clean it up.
